Conduct lake water quality and plant monitoring this summer on your lake!

Oakland County residents can volunteer to conduct lake water quality and invasive plant monitoring this summer in partnership with the MiCorps Cooperative Lakes Monitoring Program (CLMP) and the Oakland County Board of Commissioners. (See https://micorps.net/news/oakland-countys-healthy-lake-initiative/ for more information.) Participants will receive free (or reduced) registration in the CLMP, training, and equipment. Volunteers will need to have access to a boat to participate.

Participants must attend a required training session on Saturday, May 5th from 9 AM – 12:30 PM. The training is free. Lunch will be provided.

Please contact Paul Steen at psteen@hrwc.org with any questions and to register for the training.
